1. General Provisions

Welcome to Club Fanatico

Welcome to Club Fanatico (“Club Fanatico,” “we,” or “us”) and our official website, www.clubfanatico.com (the “Website”).

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed by you (“the customer”) when purchasing as a consumer for personal, non-commercial use.
By accessing our Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please review these Terms carefully before completing your order.

Note that certain terms may differ depending on your shipping country or region. To ensure you are viewing the correct version, please select your shipping destination using the country selector on the Website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms available on the Website at the time of your order shall apply to that purchase.

 

 

2. Availability of Information

The seller undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • Company identity and contact details,

  • Essential product characteristics,

  • Price including VAT,

  • Delivery costs,

  • Payment and delivery terms,

  • Return and complaint policy,

  • Information about the right to withdraw from the contract.

 

3. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders can be placed through the website www.clubfanatico.com.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms the order.

 

 

4. Price and Accuracy

All prices on our Website are final and include VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that all product details and prices are accurate. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

We are not responsible for any currency conversion differences or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

Club Fanatico holds the right to change or adjust prices and end or limit any special offers at any time. 

 

 

5. Payment Methods

The following payment options are available in the Club Fanatico online store:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover),

  • Mobile Wallets (PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay)

All payments are processed in euros (EUR). All prices include VAT.

 

 

6. Delivery

Products are shipped by:

  • Pošta Slovenije within Slovenia,

  • GLS for deliveries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days within Slovenia,

  • 5–10 business days within the EU.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

 

 

7. Right of Returns and Withdrawal 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason (in accordance with EU consumer protection law).

8. Complaints and Warranty

At Club Fanatico, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. All our items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia.

To submit a complaint, please contact us via email at info@clubfanatico.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs showing the defect or damage.

Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it and review the case within 8 business days. You will then be informed about the next steps and our proposed resolution — such as repair, replacement, or refund.

If the defect is confirmed and the complaint is justified, we will bear all return shipping costs and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly at no additional charge to you.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

While we aim to ensure uninterrupted access to our Website, Club Fanatico cannot guarantee that the Website or its functionality will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
 We shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability, technical issues, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as maintenance, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivelli d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or any products purchased through it — including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or for any matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

All such material is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws in Slovenia, the European Union, and internationally.

The Club Fanatico name, logo, and all related branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks owned or licensed by Nivelli d.o.o..
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of Website content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Nivelli d.o.o.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By using the Club Fanatico Website and placing an order, you agree that any dispute or legal proceeding related to your use of the Website, your purchase, or these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Ljubljana (Slovenia), unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may also be entitled to resolve disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

 

 

13. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of December 2nd, 2025 and are published on www.clubfanatico.com.
By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Nivelli d.o.o. reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect upon publication on the Website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to remain informed about any changes that may affect their rights and obligations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the parties. The remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Nivelli d.o.o. and the customer, superseding any prior understandings, representations, or communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
